Good for one persons their gear, or two people if you sleep close together. Definitely not waterproof; leaks through small openings at each corner. You could probably close these off and treating the seams with a waterproofing material would help. Easy to set up even better than I thought just a little bit smaller than a two person tent or a better way to get closer to your partner. Just got it and set it up... No damage, relatively clean except for some mold which is to be expected and should clean up fine. All accessories were there and in good shape. I might have lucked out getting one in this great shape :-! It does have that moldy/musty warehouse smell but cleaning it and airing it out should eliminate that. Cant wait to take it out camping!

Again remember this is really not a 2 man tent, for cuddle-buddies it might be, but.... Also for tent junkies and gear junkies, it is simply cool, period.
