The Fresh technology reduces the sun's heat. WATERPROOFING All Quechua tents are laboratory tested (entire tent under 200 L/sqm/h for 3 hours) and field tested. (2000mm PU-coated polyester flysheet, 5000mm PU polyester groundsheet, all seams sealed with thermo-bonded tape). A breathable polyester bedroom under the flysheet means you don't come into contact with the condensation that forms naturally on the inside of the flysheet.

WIND RESISTANCE We test all of our tents in a wind tunnel on a rotating table to expose each side of the tent to the wind. A properly pitched tent with all the guy ropes properly positioned around the tent should remain habitable in wind speeds of up to 50 km/h measured near ground level (Force 6). ENVIRONMENTAL APPROACH We have chosen to use dope-dyeing on the inside room, the groundsheet and the blue part of this tent's flysheet.

This dyeing process dyes the thread during manufacture. On the white part of the flysheet, it is greige, meaning that the fabric is not dyed. This reduces the amount of water used and polluted compared to a standard dyeing process. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
